Intermitant 1-2-3 and 1-4-4 Codes 200

Hi Folks,
I've been getting these OBD codes intermittently. From socket 2, 1-2-3 and from socket 6, 1-4-4. Car will idle slightly erratically when the codes are live and the CEL is on, but otherwise starts and runs OK. If I reset the #6 fuse the codes go away and the car runs fine with solid idle. Then at some point the CEL goes on, idle changes and codes show up...

I think the fuel injection relay and the ECU are OK.
So I'm looking at a ground short somewhere?
Intake manifold?
Would a bad manifold ground throw the 1-4-4 code?

1991 245 M47 LH3.1
