Engine swap vs camshaft 444-544

Getting ready to swap out a b16b engine (dual SU4 ) with a B16 engine with a single carberator. I'm wonder if I should change the ca shafts since the replacement B16 single carb engine will be running a Judson supercharger that I just rebuilt myself with new bearings and seals (very low mileage). From what I've read, the camshaft are different. Anyone know anything about this. Also the engine came with a four speed trans. The original engine came with a three speed. Original engine has 68,000 miles on it and I want to save it for a new gasket set and cleaning.
