Radio Suppression relay - wire sizes 700 1990

Below is a image of the end of the radio suppression relay. The two top wires are larger in size.

Dave Barton offers two sizes he calls fat wires ..
Fat Yellow/Blue: 2.0 mm² (metric), which is comparable to approximately AWG 14.
Fat Red: A fatter red wire is also available in 2.5 mm² (metric), which is comparable to approximately 13 AWG

So one is 13 AWG, the other is 14 AWG.

Does it matter which I use for the bigger wires, or can I use either or both?

Thanks.
