Rear Wiper Arm 900

Hi there,

Every winter (Canadian winter) my rear wiper arm spins fine but it does not look like it puts enough pressure on the window to clean it.

While pulling the wiper arm to take a look at the blade, I noticed that it was very stiff, which gave me the explanation why it cannot clean properly.

In fact, during the other seasons there is no problem, basically the cold stiffens the wiper joint and the spring itself seems does not seem to be very strong.

Last winter I tried some spray but it did not help.

Is there any specific spray you would recommend to try for this kind of issues?
Do you think a new wiper arm would help?
