removing new studs with fresh loctite 700

I sent a cylinder head out for rebuild for my '90 740T. The head came back with exhaust studs installed. The studs are obviously not the part number needed for a turbo motor (which I have on hand).

I assumed the freshly installed studs would come right out, but the double jam-nut approach is not working. The shop must have used a thread locking solution. So, the plan is to heat the stud with mapp gas to try and get them to release. I'm concerned about botching this job, maybe weakening the steel and breaking a stud, so there is some risk. Or, I could just leave them in. The question is: How critical is it to use the Volvo turbo exhaust studs? What might be the consequences of leaving the studs in as installed?
