I may have misunderstood your math -- but you'll be hard pressed to find any brand NEW tire in sizes that will work on the Volvos mounted, balanced and installed for less than $200. Most places are not less than $20/corner for removing, dismounting, disposing, remounting, balancing and installing the new stuff. That means your price per tire is down in the $30/apiece range.
