Power Antenna Replacement for 780?

Look closely at the connector and the look of the unit. Some 900's had an opposite gender connector for some reason than the 200 or 700 series auto antenna.

If the antenna looks like the one in you car it will fit, the only difference may be the mounting bracket holding the bottom of the unit to the car.

Hang onto the old antenna and use parts from it to install the newer one to your car.

I have found these old antenna's are very reliable, what goes bad is the mast and they are easily replaced.
