So while out on my shake down cruise with my wife, it starts to rain. So I turn on my rear intermittent wipers, and no dice. They had been working just a few days ago, but now were AWOL.

Here's what I found inside the yellow plastic box:



Component side is mostly intact, but the one capacitor is loose.



PCB side with traces is nasty and has copper traces coming up.

Usually I would try to fix this, but I believe this one is just too far gone.

What do you guys think??? (Sarcasm not needed)
