Moving to California with 240's

I'm moving from Connecticut to California in roughly 2 months. I have 2 240's ('92 with 135k miles, '93 with 190k miles). Both are very well maintained and have always passed CT emissions.

I'm curious if there is any chance these cars can pass CA emissions as is? If not, what would be some proactive additions I should do prior to moving? I suspect adding an EGR and California Cat could give me a better chance.

I'd appreciate any advice from California 240 owners who've had to go through this.

Thank you.
