Moving to California with 240's

You might call one of the smog stations in LA County and see if they can tell you what NOX and CO levels are required for your particular VIN and compare that to the most recent test results you've gotten in CT. However, if you go to LA county it appears that you will have to submit to the Acceleration type test which you may not have had to do in CT. I assume the acceleration type test is done on one of those rolling drum dynometer type of machines.
