Leaky overdrive

I can't figure out where the oil is leaking.
New seal (2 of them, since I thought the first must have been bad). Still leaked, Pulled flange and sealed with silicone on splines and under the washer. Torqued properly (actually a little over, book says 70 pounds).
Leaves a sizable spot - Photo- 10 minutes after parking.
