Dang I wish I'd seen this post 2 months ago....just did this on my 93 after lots of head scratching and googling - finally found a youtube video that helped but that image file is the cat's meow - copy and paste to word doc for future reference... fyi - when doing the final step (3x in 5 secs) there's a bit of rhythm required to get it just right, took me a few tries because if the grounding wire bounces when you make contact it somehow doesn't create the right interval; had to start over...but it finally worked!
