Big trouble finding the right inner tie rods for 1988 740gle 700

trying to find the right parts. Already tried 4 from autozone, Oreily's, napa. None has the thread that will thread into the rack. I measured the thread and looks like M14x1.5. The smallest we found this far is M16. I think that it's a cam gear kind since there is no plastic donut thing on it. Please help. The car's been on jack stand for two weeks. Very frustrated. Thx
