960 AC compressor goes on & off quickly 900

Hi awesome guys!

I have been trying to fix my AC on my 1995 Volvo 960. I bought the car couple of months ago and I am fixing everything it. Its the AC time now for me!

Initially when I started the AC and the compressor did not engage. I bought a Walmart R134 with a gauge in it, I filled a bit of the gas then jumped the ac relay and this started the ac compressor. I continued filling the R134 until got filled up to the green (optimum) indicator on the gauge. Now when starting the ac the compressor goes on and off approximately every 10-15 seconds, with the psi pressure gauge connected at low pressure filling nozzle, the reading goes 45-20 PSI with the compressor on and off, respectively.

The compressor seems trying cool the air, however, it disengage quickly. I hope there is a fix for this! Any input is much appreciated ;)

I did the fault code reading through the AC button, and it gave 111, assuming nothing is wrong.
