Crankshaft pulley on B230 rubber deteriorating/slipping?

While removing pulley using rope trick, I noticed that when #1 piston was at TDC the timing mark on crank pulley was way off. With pulley on table, keyway facing up at twelve o'clock, timing notch is at about eight o'clock position. Doubt that is what it should be. Anyone out there have a pulley off of a car so they can look at it now and tell me what they see? What is the position of the timing notch when keyway is facing up at twelve o'clock position? Local volvo dealer does not have one in stock to compare. Your help will be very much aporeciated. Thanking you in advance.
