Loose seat backs ES 1800

i have a pair of seats in my garage. i adjusted the drivers seat. the adjust handle has a screw in it to limit travel.remove the screw. on the right side opposite is a black plastic plug.remove the plug.the other end of seat rod will be there. turn the handle clockwise. it is left hand thread.turn it 3/4 turn more or less. push it so the piece opposite moves away from the seat.turn it counterclockwise somewhat.it has locating pins.test for tightness. repeat as needed.passenger seat is right hand thread. this is good as it gets for clarity. im no hemmingway. hope this helps.
