Drivers side rear rotor won't come off 200 1985

I'm trying to bring home a 1985 245 that has been sitting in a garage for the past 10 years (luckily no gas was left in the tank). But the driver's side rear wheel won't turn freely. I was able to drag it out of the garage it lived in with my 945 and tow rope, but that won't work for the distance (2 miles to my home).

I've removed the brake pads, then moved the caliper over to the side (zipped to the spring, so I can remount the wheel). Wheel still won't turn.

Removed the pin that holds the brake rotor in place, and thought I'd be able to lift the rotor straight off. I can hear a spring like sound when I try to turn it or lift one side. The rotor moves a few degrees to each side and the top moves forward a bit, but the bottom won't.

What's holding it in place, and how do I release it?

Thanks,
Bruce
