Door handles and door locks 700 1991

1) Recently I seem to need to unlock the driver's door several times before the drivers rear door unlocks. Often 4-6 times. Also the rear door handle does not work well, kinda "sticky", so maybe is related. I'm ready to take off the door panel, wondering what to look for.
2) Passenger front door does not unlock with key. Locks and unlocks otherwise OK.
Wonder what to look for here also.
