Agreed.. 100A alternator will only dump 100A into the battery, and only if the battery is low. Loads out to accessories are wired for what they require, and no changes would need to be made.

The only wire to maybe replace would be the large red one from the alternator to the starter or battery... whichever it goes to.

Don't take my word as final, Ron knows better than I. But I'm pretty certain that's how it is.
