Audi lines 700

There is indeed an outfit selling pieces to make up CIS plumbing. Our 240s (before '81 and turbo) and 260s are rife with this plumbing, but it is rubber insulated nylon, just like our brake lines -- and without much flexing, mostly immune to age-related degeneration, and more likely to suffer as a result of some physical intervention, as depicted in Kitty's link to my LH fuel line mistakes.

I can't find a saved link to the supplier I've seen years back, but maybe you can do some research on some of the other forums for cars with CIS. Here's an example from a ferrari forum: http://www.ferrari101.com/forum/technical-q/186689-unobtainium-supplies-k-jetronic-cis-plastic-fuel-line-hose-restoration-kit-6.html
