the old dog dish 240 hubcap trick

look at that pic again. that old style steel wheel, with Chrome Lug Nuts that replaced the old lug nuts.
So if you go that route, just get a set of chrome lugs from anywhere...you'll need 20 chrome lugs nuts.

That crown cap just fits over the wheelbearing hub, prob held on by internal spring clips. You can prob get a Crown cap anywhere(just not a Volvo cap) --- that's 4 Caps

That's it. There is no hub cover - just a cleaned up steel wheel - If yours is dirty you'll have to clean the wheels up and paint them - And that goes for any of these old style Hub Caps. If the wheel is rusty or dirty it looks like crap.
I've used Rust-oleum Aluminium on my steelies - a 1/2pt can, brush on, keep it off the tire with masking tape.

However,
The Full Wheel Covers hide all that and that was the point.
You shud be able to get a full set of 4 Wheel Covers - used, for less than $100. Try EBAY
