Fuse 15 Internmittently Blowing 200

My 92 Volvo 240 is blowing the fuse number 15 intermittently. Not instantly but its getting more frequent. Now its perhaps every 1/2 of driving. Weather is warm (I know - its summer).

Maybe related ? - I've already soldered jumpers from the lamp sockets to the flexible 'circuit board' which have worked well for a couple of years.

Obviously a short circuit from a frayed wire etc is a possibility but any experiences/suggestions that might fast path my diagnostics?
