Volvo 240 Trunk Lid Front Edge Height 200

I bought a 1992 240 sedan today that has been sitting idle many years. I discovered water in the trunk and noticed that there is no sign of seal contact with the paint on the trunk lid from around where the hinges are forward and across the front edge. The search is weak with me (I can only find info on 740s and 900 series). The Haynes manual is very vague, I know that there are three bolts that attach the hinge to the body on each side, but I'm just throwing this out there if anyone has experience doing it. Fortunately, the water doesn't seem to have cause any rust.

Thanks!
