Well, I tried taking the CPS out and only got the bolt out. I had to have a mechanic use acid to loosen the plastic body of it to remove it. But, the car did not run the brand new one installed.
Turns out it was the fuel system, the fuel pump relay was going. Hopefully the actual fuel pump is fine.

So, not sure why the OBD gave the CPS fault code...but anyways I'm living and learning...
