Hello,

Stored my car over winter and came back to a weak windshield wipers.
I've already re-glued the magnets with epoxy some years back when they came loose.
So I took the motor apart again to check things on the inside. everything looked fine, put it together again. it seemed to work well enough -though weaker- for about 5 min. then it stopped again. it can barely lift the wiper blades and gets bogged down and stuck on the return stroke.

before I go sourcing and throwing an expensive motor replacement.. .(couldn't find a junk yard volvo in my area)

Do any of you have ideas where to grease or troubleshoot if it's a voltage issue or a cheaper fix ?

My transmission kickdown relay is broken .. i wonder if the wiper motor relay is the problem here. .. but i'd think the wiper motor would just stop working if the relay was bad.. not become weak.
