HFT Portable Wheel Balancer 200 1987

My dad had a bubble balancer at his used car business. I've used it many times and it's now in the possession of my son in Winston-Salem.
Here's a tip on how to use it---don't just slap the weight required onto the spot where it centers the bubble. Divide that amount by 4 and then place the 1/4 amounts in 4 spots - each about 3-5 inches from the original marked "spot" -- both outer and inner. You'll get a nicely balanced tire every time -- laborious and time consuming a bubble balancer may be - but it can do an excellent job. -- Dave
