Rarity of 1991 740s with M47 5-speed 700 1991

I have the opportunity to acquire a 1991 NA 740 from its original owner, the second time I will do so in five years. I purchased my first 740, also a '91 NA, in April of 2012.

This one I'm planning on getting is unique in that it has the M47 5-speed manual gearbox. The original owner, who still has it, picked it up in Gothenburg in the summer of '91. It has just 140k on it. Now - just how rare are 1991 740s with manual transmissions?
