hi heck- this is an example of the rampant shysterism I see in the automotive after market and service businesses. good answer to let credit card company handle this type of complaint. and foolish persons continue to ask me why I cuss. first step is to research and know whether your vendor is reputable before you send you check. beware of sales pitches for muffler bearings and blinker fluid. thanks tons oldduke
