Wiper motor questions 200 1993

Recently noticed that high speed no longer works. The wipers actually slow down on high speed. I checked the wiring at the motor, and all seems fine visually. A couple of questions:

* Is the motor itself the likely culprit given the symptoms? If so, any chance it's serviceable, or should I be looking for good, used stand in?

* Are there certain years/types of motor to look for? I've read about some magnets coming loose in some examples. This one gave 330k of good service!
