Replaced Heater Core and now no heat. 700

HI,

I have a 91 740 wagon.
I just took the plunge and replaced the heater core. After a good 10-12 hours, I have finished and have everything back together. I took for a ride and doh! No heat. I can switch between defrost, upper and lower vents but there is no not air.

Please Help! I felt the inlet and outlet hoses going to the heater core and they were both really hot. The Coolant is full and there are no leaks.

Any suggestions... Please. I spent too much time for no results ha.

Jake
