B16 and B18 front end differences 444-544

Hello, I have a 1961 B16 car and want to know if a B18 complete front end consisting of front grille panel, front fenders and hood will fit.
Fenders are the same according to part numbers.
I know the grille panel is different due to the hood opening brackets and the hood is different.

Is the hood different in the way it mounts in the front or the overall dimensions totally different ?
