1993 240 steering wheel horn button wiring 200

There are two black wires that lead to the horn button in the steering wheel behind the airbag. One on the top left and one on the right that goes into a round plastic insulator sleeve. This then touches the clock spring.

I need to know which wire is the "HOT" wire supply and which is ground.

I cannot use a tester because the air bag is off and it will turn the SRS light on.

My intention is to connect to the hot supply side and redirect power to a new horn button location.

I really would like an answer on this one as soon as possible as I need to put the car back together.

Thank you,
