Vibration during braking - Bushings? 200 1990

So I have a vibration during braking (more vibration at higher speed). No vibration at any other time during driving. I originally thought I had warped rotors, but I replaced the rotors/pads and the vibration is still there.

I'm thinking it's the front end bushings. Anyone else have any other suggestions on possible causes? I need to jack the car up and take a look, but would like to know if I need to look at other areas of the front end.
