Heater core? 200

My 78 245 blew the head gasket late last winter. Head was cracked and replaced, she's running great. Noticed wet driver's side floor, it's antifreeze. Seems fine assuming as long as I don't turn on the heat. Got busy, summer past, Getting cold, assuming I cannot use heat, I shiver my way to work. Finally open up the panels and I see 1 clear drip of antifreeze at the bottom of the blower motor cover, and 1 drop on the wiring nearby. Start the car, let it warm up, drive it down the highway 7 miles at 65+, heat and blower on full blast, come home and no drips. I guess my question is, could the wet on the floor be from when the head gasket blew? I know it's wishful thinking, wanted to pick your brains. Thank you!!
