Backup lights not working - possible causes?

HI all,
I have learned much about fixing my taillights and now have drilled holes in the bottom of the outer running/brake lights.
However, neither of my back-up lights are now not working. I just had the battery replaced. Could this have caused something?

I have searched on the forum and see that the PNP switch is a possible culprit. Are there others that anyone can point to? Also, here's a dumb question - where the heck is my fuse panel in this car? Maybe I've got a bad fuse...
