Voltage Stabilizer Mounting Location 1800 1973

The dash in my 1800ES has been torn apart too long! I can't recall where the oil pressure / oil temp / fuel gauge voltage stabilizer actually mounted. The wire lengths suggest it's in the vicinity above behind the tach or speedo. The size of the hole in the mounting tab suggest it's a rather small screw that secures it. The wiring diagram suggests it needs a solid mount to ground. Does it share a speedo or tach mounting post, held in place by one of the thumb nuts?

Wait, I remember one of the mounting posts had two thumb nuts for some reason - did I just answer my own question??
