Thank you gents.

I did read the FAQs. I probably should read them again. I just don't have the ambition anymore to tackle some of these jobs.

Sounds like I'm in for trouble. Trouble with the glass, trouble with removal and salvaging trim, and of course with the install.

I think I will read the tech the riot act, let him observe me taking lots of pictures, and give him a $20 tip before he starts the job in the hopes it makes a difference.
