1983 Volvo 245T k-jet fuel lines 200

My k-jet fuel inction system is leaking fuel out of a couple of fuel lines. Where could I find the fuel lines to replace my fuel lines? I need the lines going from the fuel distributor to the injectors, its leaking out of the plastic lines I also need the shorter (approx 6”) wider rubber fuel line right at the distributor. Is there a place that sales these lines or do I have to make them from plastic lines? I asked the dealer and they said they no longer sell those fuel lines.
