960 - 97. Automatic gearbox. Not going forward when engine/box cold. 900

I have a 960-97 and it is in impeccable state, engine runs smooth and car goes well when warm. If engine/box cold, it takes a few minutes before its actually moving forward.
Oil level ok. It becamse alot worse after a car shop changed oil in the gear box. Anybody has ideas what to do please??
