'69 144s gas Tank removal 140-160

Need to remove this tank as it looks like someone put the floor jack under the drain bung instead of the read end pumpkin. Plus the car is sitting now many years so a thorough inspections, etc. is needed.

But just how do you free the tank from the seam sealer all around the flange?
