544 camber adjustment 444-544

I have way to much negative camber on the right front and a little positive camber in left.
I removed the upper outer bushing grease fitting and loosened the pinch bolt, cleaned out the grease and tried numerous sizes of allen wrenches metric and std with no luck.

Apparently there is a special tool used to turn eccentric.

Would like to see a pic and is it easy to make a tool at home ??
