Wire colors behind A/C and Radio 900

Hi all, Long time no see.

Gave up on new cars and came back to the bricks and blobs (01 and newer v70's remind me of like the last GM behemoths cousin)

So I have this new to me 940- fellow wanted to part it out but would sell it as it sat...

No Radio and the MCC was loose in the dash, he gave me an extra as they "all have problems"

To the problem at hand: I have a larger gauge white/ red, that would be white wire with red stripe, rare in the wire world I would say, that I can not find on a wiring diagram, it is cut off even with a black wire of the same gauge.

The radio wiring is a mess but probably bypasses the amp. If I can get it back to running with the A/C for the Florida Summer, VW can have their TDI back..

Thanks for any thoughts or leads...

As a P.S.> I went to look at the car and sat in the passenger seat and thought- My word, how is it that new cars can't feel as comfortable as this 15 year old seat, 30 year old design!
