Engine Quandry 120-130 1967

Being converted and freshened up your B18 head should sell well. Maybe for not enough to offset the cost of doing the B20 head but it will help.
Easy check for B18/20 heads is that the B18 has Volvo cast on top of the head on the outside of the valve cover and adjacent to the manifolds. B20 has it cast into the top of the head underneath the valve cover, so blank outside.
