Brake line fittings 140-160 1973

I'm repairing some leaky brake lines on my 145 and checking the old male fittings that go into the blocks on the rear axle, I thought they were M10 X 1.
I think I was wrong...the old fittings fit ok, but new M10 x 1 fittings don't.
I'd clean up the old ones but they are damaged beyond redemption...the lines broke off flush and I can't get them out of the fitting, and the flats on them are nasty, too.

I'm new to this forum, and I'm having some trouble navigating to find any threads talking about this, but from reading about 1800 fittings, they are apparently SAE?

Could anyone tell me what the size is? 3/16" line, I believe.

Thanks!
