Sedan Suitable Manual Radio Antenna Replacement Found!! 900 1994

I bought an antenna from:
Bridgewood Inc
esales@antennamastsrus.com
920-686-0644

It came with lots of plastic and rubber adapters (pictures). I didn't use any of them. I did use the large nut to replace the chrome nut on the volvo top piece.

I modified the top piece from my old antenna that mates with the top of the rear quarter panel. The chrome nut is easily driven out with a punch, bolt, or whatever and is not used. I used a round wood rasp that goes on a drill to enlarge the plastic to accept the new nut that tightens the antenna. The original Volvo top piece is better to use because it has an embedded O-ring to seal the outside from the trunk. The new nut can be tightened with a 7/8" socket.
