Wiper motor bad 444-544 1963

My Wiper motor seems to be bad, could be the switch ?
Some wiper motors have some screwy wiring from the motor to switch.
Does anyone have the correct connections to test the motor?

Also my original switch had to be forced out of the dash because the retaining nut threads were stripped

I have tried various combinations with alligator clips to battery charger with no luck.

Also has anyone tried to convert to something cheap like maybe a VW Beetle or Super Beetle wiper motor ?
