Retrofit 1993 or 1994 Regina Head to 1995 Pulsar Head 900 1995

I'm thinking about buying a 1995 940 with the Pulsar emission setup. It has a blown head gasket and I don't know if the head can be salvaged. I have 3 good Regina type heads but don't know if they would work on the Pulsar engine or if they could be retrofitted?

I'm not real concerned about emissions since our state, MN, doesn't have testing and hasn't since around 2000 and then the emissions on the Regina engines easily passed. So, maybe I don't need the Pulsar hooked up?
