I've been recently doing some brake work on my '94 940: replaced a leaking brake proportioning valve, replaced all brake hoses, put on all new rotors, pads and calipers in the rear. With the brake valve replacement, I had to let a good amount of air in, and I didn't take any particular precautions thinking I'd correct it all with a brake system flush. I used Motive brake bleeder which pressurizes the brake reservoir, and got a good amount of fluid through the system (at least 2 quarts). Alas, there's still air bubbles coming out of the calipers bleeding ports, and the brake pedal feels mushy (and I feel goes down a little too far before catching on). I've been watching the bubbles through the clear draining tube: it seems that each time after opening the drain screw there's a certain amount of clear fluid that comes out, and then the bubbles begin. Pretty sure I've tightened all the connections well. Did I miss anything, and any tricks I could try to get the job finished on my own without giving up and driving the car to a shop? Thanks!
