Dear Fellow Brickboarders,

Hope you're well. I am pleased to report - thanks to a suggestion from "Mila" - that there is a US supplier of stainless steel cat-back exhaust system kits for 940s (normally-aspirated).

This US-based firm is: Viva Performance ( http://www.vivaperformance.com/ ). Viva is based in Nashua, New Hampshire.

A standard kit for a 940 - front muffler, over-axle pipe and rear muffler with tail-pipe attached - goes for $725, inclusive of shipping (in US Northeast).

A standard kit - that lasts about four years in a harsh environment - costs about $170 for the parts. Given the installation cost - in cash or time/sweat - the stainless kit seems like a fair deal.
