No start - fuel problem 200 1983

1983 240 cranks but will not turn over. Car has been sitting for a while. Prior to trying to start her up, I removed the hose going to the injector fuel rail and jumpered fuse positions 5 & 7. Barely a dribble out of the hose. Added 4 gallons fresh gas and tried again, still a dribble. I do hear the main fuel pump buzzing.

Any ideas would be appreciated
